Neighborhoods of Circle C Ranch

Circle C Ranch is a dynamic and diverse community made up of several distinct neighborhoods, each offering its own unique charm while maintaining the close-knit atmosphere that defines the area. Each neighborhood within Circle C Ranch offers its own distinctive living experience, but all share access to the same exceptional community amenities, excellent schools and a vibrant, family-oriented atmosphere.  

Avana

Avana is the newest section of Circle C, with construction of the final section completing in 2023. It is located just south of SH-45, with easy access to Mopac, 1626 and 1826. Residents of Avana enjoy close proximity to amenities such as a pool and splashpad, playground, and Bear Creek Elementary.

Grey Rock Ridge

Like Avana, Grey Rock is a newer section of Circle C Ranch and is also located south of SH-45. Residents of Grey Rock Ridge enjoy living in a smaller section (under 400 homes) of the neighborhood. A daycare and a senior living apartment community are found in Grey Rock Ridge.

Fairway Estates

Fairway Estates is a prestigious gated community within Circle C Ranch, offering luxury homes and upscale living. With some homes directly on the Grey Rock golf course, Fairway Estates provides a private and serene setting near the Community Center with its pool and splashpad.

Park West

Park West is one of the gated sections of Circle C Ranch. Homes here are constructed to resemble Mediterranean villas, with cream or white stucco exteriors and distinctive red tile roofs. Many people refer to this neighborhood as being “lock and leave” because the HOA maintains the landscaping in the front of each home.

On The Park

One of the original neighborhoods in Circle C Ranch, On The Park offers estate size lots and large, traditionally styled homes. Many of the homes in this section feature pools and 100+ year old oak trees.

Wildflower Park

Another original section of Circle C, Wildflower Park residents enjoy easy access to Mopac, the Veloway and the Wildflower Center. Wildflower Park features its own playground and grassy area where families socialize.

Vintage Place

This section of Circle C Ranch is distinguished by the Craftsman style homes with pastel colors and plantation shutters. Residents here enjoy getting together in the grassy common area and access to the Circle C Metropolitan Park, which is just across Slaughter Lane.

Barstow Court

This is Circle C Ranch’s smallest neighborhood, with only 22 homes. Homes here were built between 2013-2014, making them newer than the rest of Circle C North.Residents here enjoy easy access to the Circle C Metropolitan Park, which is just across Slaughter Lane.

Cornerstone

Another smaller community, with just 36 homes, Cornerstone offers the newest homes that are north of SH-45. This neighborhood is zoned to Kiker Elementary.

Enclave and Enclave Estates

These homes are very close to the Circle C Community Center, with its community events and pool with waterslides. The Estate homes are gated, and typically a bit larger than those in the Enclave.

Alta Mira

Alta Mira is another neighborhood in Circle C Ranch where you can find some homes that back to the Grey Rock golf course. Homes here enjoy easy access to 1826, making commutes easy.

Circle C North

Homes in Circle C North generally have smaller lots than some of the other sections of Circle C Ranch. This section of the neighborhood is fairly hilly, and some of the lots offer stunning sunset views and even views of downtown.

Music Nights: Hello Circle C Night is an opportunity for neighbors to come together to try out several food truck options, support local business, and relax on a Friday evening with their friends and neighbors. With an extensive kid zone, it's the perfect place for kids to get their wiggles out (you've seen nothing until they all join in on the dance floor!). Bring your lawn chairs or picnic blankets to Circle C Community Center, 7817 La Crosse Ave from 5:00 to 8:00 on posted Fridays from April through October. 

Circle C Turkey Trot: Annual Circle C Turkey Trot 5k and Kid's Mile. Bring your family and friends along as we kick off the Thanksgiving Day holiday in true Circle C style! You'll enjoy our scenic 3.1 mile out and back route in the heart of Circle C's neighborhood. Our Kids Mile race will also provide a wonderful opportunity for those 12 and under to join in on the fun.  

Circle C Holiday Lights: Circle C Ranch residents kick off the holiday season with a little competitive holiday lighting contest. Circle C Ranch area homes are eligible for nomination and area residents vote on their favorites! 

Circle C Ranch Easter and Fourth of July Celebrations: Circle C residents come together to celebrate with friends and family at these HOA sponsored events.

The Veloway

The Veloway is a unique, 3.1-mile-long, paved trail designed specifically for cyclists, runners, and rollerbladers. Located near Circle C Ranch, this exclusive trail allows residents to enjoy an uninterrupted, scenic route through the Texas Hill Country.

The Violet Crown Trail

The Violet Crown Trail is  the first regional trail system in Central Texas. After years of strategic land acquisition and planning, the trail is now 13 miles long running from Zilker Park to Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Circle C Ranch.  With continued construction, the VCT is on its way to becoming the longest trail of its kind in Central Texas.

The Slaughter Creek Trail

The Slaughter Creek Trail entrance is located at 9901 FM1826. This area is part of the City’s Water Quality Protection Lands and is a sensitive environmental area that is preserved in order to protect and improve the quality of water entering the aquifer.
