I was born in Northeast Texas but have lived in the great city of Austin Texas most of my life. I’m a longtime South Austin resident. I’ve watched Austin grow up and I’m so thankful to be a real estate professional in this amazing place. This city is changing so rapidly and it’s truly one of the best places in the world to call home.

I’ve been working in real estate for over 20 years. In addition to being a realtor part of my experience is as a real estate appraiser. My appraisal experience gives me additional insight into how lenders operate, how appraiser’s think and value homes, and ways to maximize value for your home before listing. I am intimately familiar with the entire central Texas market. I can help you identify the absolute best location for you and your family. But by far the most value I provide my clients is the ability to negotiate their sale price based on market data that is fully supported.

When I’m not talking real estate, I am heavily involved in the community. I volunteer as the football commissioner for the Hill Country Pop Warner youth football organization. I played golf in college and am a former PGA teaching professional. Golf took a backseat after I found tennis in my 30’s. You can usually find me on the court in my spare time. I have had season tickets for all Texas Longhorn sports since the 90’s!
